Shipping Policy
1. Production time
All products are made to order.
The average production time is 2 to 5 business days. During busy periods this may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping time
Shipping time depends on the destination and the fulfillment partner. Typical delivery times are:
• Europe: 5 to 10 business days
• United States and Canada: 5 to 12 business days
• Rest of the world: 7 to 20 business days
These are estimates. Delays caused by customs, carriers or local holidays are outside our control.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the product, supplier and destination country. When you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately if produced at different locations.
4. Tracking information
Most orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package is shipped. Some countries or products may not support tracking.
5. Incorrect address
Please check your address carefully before placing your order.
If the carrier cannot deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot issue a refund. In most cases a new order needs to be placed.
6. Lost or missing packages
If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame:

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will provide a replacement.
7. Damaged orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 15 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement.
8. Multiple shipments
Because our products are fulfilled by different print partners, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
9. Customs and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes or handling charges in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
