- Who we are
Moody Crew. That's who you're dealing with. All orders, payments and communication run through us. - Orders
Everything is made to order. Once production starts, it can't be changed or cancelled, so check your details before you confirm. - Prices and payment
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. - Shipping
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Carrier delays and customs holdups are outside our control. Make sure your address is correct. That one we can't fix for you. - Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and return it, that's your EU right. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, and return shipping is on you. If something arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us with your order number and photos and we'll sort it, no return shipping needed. See our full Return and Refund Policy for details. - Product accuracy
We show products as accurately as possible. Slight color variations and minor print placement differences can occur. That's print on demand. Normal. - EU customers
As an EU customer you have a 14 day withdrawal right from the day you receive your order, and it applies to our products. Return shipping is on you, as EU rules set it. Only truly personalized or custom items are excluded. - Intellectual property
All designs, images and content are ours. Don't copy them. - Privacy
