Everything is made to order. Printed in 1-2 days, at your door 3-7 days after that. Tracking included, we don't ghost you.
Returns
We print on demand. Your Moody item gets made the moment you decide you want it, so we don't have a shelf full of shirts waiting. That also means a "changed my mind" can't go back into stock that never existed.
So before you order, check the size chart or the fit video. A wrong size can't come back to a shelf we don't have.
Your EU right still stands: 14 days to withdraw on non-personalised orders. If you send it back, the return shipping is on you, not us. It's not us being difficult, it's an EU thing.
Arrived damaged, misprinted, or just wrong? That one's on us. Send a photo, we sort it. No drama.
Vintage prints, what does that mean?
Every MOODY CREW design is printed with DTG: straight into the fabric, not layered on top. That's what gives it its soft feel and its lived-in, vintage character.
A few things that come with that look:
- Black prints come out more grey-ish than harsh black.
- Some designs let the fabric peek through a little, for a worn-in effect.
- It only gets softer and better the more you wear and wash it.
That's the look, on purpose.
Care:
- Wash inside out, cold.
- Air dry when you can.
- Remove humans before washing.
